How do I upload photos to the frame?
You can upload photos directly through our mobile app or by connecting the frame to Wi-Fi. Simply choose the images you want and they will appear instantly on your frame.
Can the frame play videos or only photos?
The frame displays both photos and short videos. Most customers use it for photos, but it can also loop videos up to 15 seconds.
Does the frame need to be charged?
Yes. The frame runs on a rechargeable battery. A full charge typically lasts 6–8 hours depending on brightness and usage. It also comes with a USB charging cable.
